Welcome to my website. As you can see the vibrant colours of the mediterranean region are a major influence on my painting. My favourite place to paint is Cyprus and in particular the Paphos region, where the fabulous blue skies never cease to inspire me. Also, the colours of the Irish coast and countryside, especially around the area where I live in North County Dublin are very significant in my work. My modern and unique images are achieved by the removal of all but the relevant detail in any scene, combined with the use of vibrant colour and strong black lines.
